Pro Black is a marketplace that connects shoppers with independent Black-owned businesses and sellers across the United States. Products are supplied by these sellers and their own authorized suppliers and distributors. We require that every item offered be new and genuine as described.

• No counterfeits. Replica, knock-off, clone, imitation, and “mirror” goods are banned and removed when found.
• Sourced from suppliers. Sellers obtain stock through their own suppliers and distribution channels and are responsible for its authenticity.
• Accurate listings. Titles, descriptions, and images must represent the actual product being sold.

Where a brand name or logo appears on Pro Black, it is used only to identify the genuine branded product being offered for sale. Pro Black is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of the brands whose products its sellers list, unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

• Sell only authentic goods they are legally entitled to resell.
• Keep supplier and purchase records available on request.
• Represent products truthfully in titles, descriptions, and images.
• Comply with our marketplace policies and applicable law.

If you believe a product may not be authentic or is described inaccurately, contact us and we will investigate promptly. Confirmed violations lead to removal of the listing and action against the seller.
