How do I create an account?

Do I need an account to browse?

No - you can browse products, services, and businesses without an account. You only need to sign in to place an order, book a service, or chat with a vendor.

Is there a Pro Black mobile app?

Yes. Pro Black is available on the App Store and Google Play. The web and mobile experiences share the same account - sign in once and your cart, orders, and bookings are everywhere.

How do I become a vendor on Pro Black?

Tap “Sign Up” and choose the vendor option, or contact our team at vendors@problack.co. You will need a valid business name, a description, contact details, and at least one product or service to list. Approval typically takes 1–3 business days.

How are businesses verified?

Every business on Pro Black is reviewed by our team before going live. We confirm Black ownership, validate contact information, and check for an active business presence. Verified businesses display a badge on their profile.

How do I report a vendor or product?

Open the business or product page and use the “Report” link, or email support@problack.co with the URL and a brief description. We investigate every report and take action within 48 hours.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Pro Black uses Square and Stripe for payment processing and never stores your full card details on our servers. All transactions happen over encrypted connections.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. For some services you can also pay at the business directly if the vendor allows it.

Are there any extra fees?

The price you see on a product or service page is the price you pay, plus applicable taxes and shipping where shown at checkout. We do not charge a separate platform fee to customers.

When am I charged for a booking?

For most services you are charged once the vendor confirms your booking. Some vendors require a deposit or full payment upfront - this is shown clearly on the service page before you book.

How do I track my order?

Head to the Track Order page and enter your order number and email. Signed-in customers can also view their order history under My Orders.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Orders can usually be cancelled before the vendor marks them as shipped. Open the order in your account and click Cancel. Once shipped, cancellations become refund requests - contact support.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–6 business days inside the U.S. Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Most vendors ship within the United States only. A small number of vendors offer international shipping - look for the shipping options on the product page or message the vendor before ordering.

What is your return policy?

Return policies are set by each vendor and shown on the product page. Most vendors accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Open the order in your account and tap “Request return” to start.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is approved we process it within 1–2 business days. Your bank typically takes another 3–10 business days to credit the funds back to your card.

How do I download an invoice or receipt?

Open the order from My Orders and tap “Download invoice”. A PDF receipt is also emailed to you when the order is confirmed.

How do I book a service?

Open the Services page, pick a service, choose an available date and time, and confirm. You will get an email and an in-app notification once the vendor accepts your booking.

How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Open the booking from your account, tap Cancel or Reschedule. Cancellation policies vary by vendor - most require at least 24 hours notice.

What happens if the vendor declines my booking?

If a vendor cannot accommodate your requested time they can decline the booking. You will be notified by email and any pre-authorised payment is released automatically.

What if I am running late for an appointment?

Message the vendor directly from Messages. Most vendors will hold your slot for a short grace period, but late arrivals beyond that may be treated as a no-show under the vendor’s policy.

How do I leave a review?

After your order is delivered or your service is completed, you will see a “Write a review” option on the order/booking detail page in your account.

Can I edit or delete a review I left?

Yes. Open the order or booking, find your review, and tap Edit or Delete. Vendors are notified when a review is updated.

Can I message a vendor directly?

Yes. On any product detail page, sign in and click Chat with this vendor. Your conversations live in the Messages tab of your account.

Will the vendor see my personal contact information?

No. All chat happens through Pro Black - vendors only see your display name and any message you send them. Your email, phone number, and address are only shared when needed to fulfill an order or booking.

How do I change my email or password?

Go to Profile and update the field you want to change. Email changes require you to confirm the new address before they take effect.

Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. We will email you a reset link that is valid for 10 minutes.

How do I save a shipping address for next time?

Go to Addresses and add as many as you need. You can mark one as default - it will be pre-selected at checkout.
