Is the Pro Black app free?
Yes. The app is free to download on iOS and Android, and there is no subscription. You only pay for the products and services you buy.
Which devices is the app available on?
Pro Black is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android phones on Google Play.
Can I use the same account on the website and the app?
Yes. Sign in with the same email and password on problack.co and in the app, and your orders, bookings, favorites and messages stay in sync.
How do I find Black-owned businesses near me in the app?
Open the Businesses tab, allow location access, and the app lists verified Black-owned businesses closest to you with their distance and whether they are open. You can filter by category such as Hair & Beauty, Food & Dining, Auto Repair or Fitness.
How do I book a service in the app?
Open a business, choose a service, pick a date and time and confirm. The booking then appears under Your Bookings as pending until the business accepts it, and you can message the business from the same screen.
I own a business. Can I manage it from the app?
Vendors manage their listing, bookings and orders from the vendor dashboard on problack.co. The mobile app is built for customers. If you want to list your business, start at problack.co/signup.
