At Pro Black, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping from Black-owned businesses on our marketplace. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and order issues are handled for products purchased through problack.co.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging, when applicable
  • Returned with proof of purchase, order number, or confirmation email

Return requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

Contact our support team to initiate a return request.

Please include the following in your request:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item, if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the next steps for returning the item.

3. Return Shipping Cost

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the return is approved because of an error with the order — such as a damaged, defective, or wrong item — Pro Black or the seller may provide a return shipping label or other return instructions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error with the order.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability and seller policy.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@problack.co with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and help resolve it through a replacement, refund, exchange, or return instructions.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to safety, hygiene, customization, or product condition.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products returned damaged, used, or missing original parts due to customer handling

If an item is non-returnable, this may also be stated on the product page.

8. Marketplace Seller Returns

Pro Black is a marketplace that connects customers with independent Black-owned businesses and sellers. Some sellers may have specific return instructions depending on the product type.

However, return information must remain clear and consistent for customers. If a seller-specific return instruction applies, our support team will guide you through the correct return process.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@problack.co.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it may need to be handled as a return.

10. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

We do not guarantee cash refunds, store credit, or alternative refund methods unless clearly agreed by our support team.
